  • We currently ship within Canada .

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Standard delivery usually takes 2-7 business days.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

  • If your package is lost, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Final sale items, hijabs worn for hygiene reasons, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@myahijabs.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
